Is Tom O'Leary breaking his bail bond agreement?

Tom O'Leary posted $100,000 bail on May 19. Per his bail bond agreement Tom O'Leary must
a) avoid all contact (direct or indirect) with co-defendant Francis X. Gartland
b) avoid all contact (direct or indirect) with anyone who is or may become a victim or potential witness on the subject investigation or prosecution.

Examples of prohibited contact:

Direct contact: Tom O'Leary met intoxicated Larry Stratton in the parking lot of the American Legion on the evening of Tuesday, Oct 18.

Indirect contact: Larry Stratton and Jamie Kane were seen at the house of Tom O'Leary's father Jack O'Leary on May 21, 2011.

    You expected the O'leary's to follow laws? Good thing he's still on the payroll so we can continue to fund his subordination.
